  • 40 x 30 feet shuttle runs

  • 30 x split stance single arm Romanian deadlifts

  • 20 x split stance single arm ground to shoulder

  • 10 x single arm thrusters

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
