15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 10 x alternate single arm power cleans *

  • 15 x knees to elbow ( Left + Right = 1 rep ) **

  • 20 x single arm crossbody deadlift

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle or backpack as equipment options.
