20 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 9 x single arm deadlifts

  • 6 x V ups

  • 3 x single arm power cleans

* cut off at 20 rounds or as many rounds til clock expires

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
