20 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 5 x single arm shoulder to overhead (Left)

  • 5 x single arm shoulder to overhead (Right)

  • 10 x staggered hand push ups

  • 30 x double unders / 75 x single unders

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
