20 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 10 x shuttle runs

  • 5 x hang power cleans

  • 10 x shuttle runs

  • 5 x front squats / goblet squats

  • 10 x shuttle runs

  • 5 x push press

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
