  • Minute 1 : max reps standing alternating toe touches

  • Minute 2 : max reps alternating bent over rows

  • Minute 3 : max reps alternating reverse lunges

  • Minute 4 : max reps alternating single arm ground to overhead

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
