Minute 1 : Max reps single unders

Minute 2 : Max reps strict press

Minute 3 : Max reps standing alternating toe touches

Minute 4 : Max reps sumo deadlift high pulls

Minute 5 : REST


* Accumulate reps separately for each round

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
