  • 3 x sumo deadlift high pulls

  • 3 x diamond push ups

  • 6 x sumo deadlift high pulls

  • 6 x diamond push ups

  • 9 x sumo deadlift high pulls

  • 9 x diamond push ups

  • 12 x sumo deadlift high pulls

  • 12 x diamond push ups

  • ....... ETC until time expires

* total reps is the final score.

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
