  • Minute 1 : 12 x alternating single arm hang power snatch

  • Minute 2 : 12 x alternating single leg reversed lunges

  • Minute 3 : max reps diamond sit ups

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
