  • 10 x inch worm hand released push ups

  • 5 x dumbbells / kettlebells complex

  1. 3 x hang squat cleans

  2. 2 x single arm thrusters

  3. 1 x two hands strict press

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
