  • 10 x kettlebell swings

  • 8 x 2 hand power cleans

  • 6 x goblet reverse lunges

  • 4 x goblet squats

  • 2 x alternate single arm ground to overhead

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
