  • 10 x alternating single arm sumo deadlift high pulls

  • 10 x alternating single arm power cleans

  • 10 x alternating single arm kettlebell swings

  • 20 x diamond sit ups

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
