15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 5 x diamond push ups

  • 10 x plank pulls through

  • 15 x mountain climbers ( Left + Right = 1 rep )

  • 20 x bicycle kicks ( Left + Right = 1 rep )

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
