15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 30 x body weight Russian twist

  • 15 x 2 hands power cleans

  • 30 x double unders / 75 x single unders / 30 x jumping jacks

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment option.
