minute 1 : max reps single arm sumo deadlift high pulls
minute 2 : max reps single unders
minute 3 : max reps plank alternating arm leg raise
minute 4 : max reps bicycle kicks
* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
