5 rounds every minute on the minute for 20 minutes (EMOM)

  • minute 1 : max reps single arm sumo deadlift high pulls

  • minute 2 : max reps single unders

  • minute 3 : max reps plank alternating arm leg raise

  • minute 4 : max reps bicycle kicks

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
