(Part 1)

3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 5 x down and ups

  • 10 x plank shoulder taps

  • 20 x jumping jacks

- REST 2 minutes -

(Part 2)

3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 5 x no jump no push up burpees

  • 10 x plank pull through

  • 20 x forward and backward hops

- REST 2 minutes -

(Part 3)

3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 5 x burpees

  • 10 x push up plank pull through

  • 20 x single unders

- REST 2 minutes -

* accumulate reps separately for each part as final scores

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
