  • 30 x alternating single leg forward lunges

  • 30 x hand release push ups

  • 30 x straight leg sit ups


  • 100 x single under

  • 20 x alternating single leg forward lunges

  • 20 x hand release push ups

  • 20 x straight leg sit ups


  • 100 x single under

  • 10 x alternating single leg forward lunges

  • 10 x hand release push ups

  • 10 x straight leg sit ups

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
