12 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 30 x jumping jacks

  • 5 x seated single arm shoulder press (L)

  • 5 x seated single arm shoulder press (R)

  • 10 x alternate toe touch

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as your equipment options.
