  • 5 x push ups

  • 10 x bicycle kicks (Left + Right = 1 rep)

  • 15 x overhead squats

5 rounds

  • 15 x thrusters

  • 10 x plank shoulder taps (Left + Right = 1 rep)

  • 5 x burpees

* use PVC pipe , broomstick as equipment option.
