3 rounds Tabata

* 20 seconds ON

* 10 seconds OFF

* 2 minutes REST every round

* Accumulate reps at the end of workout as final score.

  1. Plank pull through with push ups

  2. High knees

  3. Hang power cleans

  4. Jumping jacks

  5. Front rack squats

  6. Butt kicks

  7. Thrusters

  8. Burpees

* use double dumbbells , kettlebells , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
