20 minutes as many round as possible (AMRAP)

  • 15 x single arm kettlebell swings (Left)

  • 15 x single arm kettlebell swings (Right)

  • 10 x single arm cross body dead lifts (Left)

  • 10 x single arm cross body dead lifts (Right)

  • 5 x burpees

* dumbbells , kettlebells , water bottle , backpack as equipment options.
