4 rounds every minute on the minute (EMOM)

minute 1 : 1 x power cleans

2 x hang squat cleans

3 x front squats

minute 2 : 15 x burpees

minute 3 : 15 x V ups

Minute 4 : plank variations

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
