4 rounds every minute on the minute (EMOM) for 24 minutes
Minute 1 : max reps left leg only single arm front rack reverse lunges (10 - 15 reps)
Minute 2 : max reps half kneeling single arm shoulder press Left hand (10 - 15 reps)
Minute 3 : max reps right leg only single arm front rack reverse lunges (10 - 15 reps)
Minute 4: max reps half kneeling single arm shoulder press Right hand (10 - 15 reps)
Minute 5 : Hollow body hold
Minute 6 : REST
* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
