3 rounds Tabata

* 20 seconds ON

* 10 seconds OFF

* 1 minute REST every round

* Accumulate reps for each round separately

* you can use dumbbell , kettlebell , backpack , water bottle for movement 1.


  1. Plank pull throughs

  2. Air squats

  3. Bent over rows

  4. Jumping squats

  5. Kneeling shoulder press (Left hand only)

  6. Wall sit

  7. Kneeling shoulder press (Right hand only)

  8. Overhead squat * with broomstick or PVC pipe
