Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes ( 5 rounds)

  • 9 x single arm suitcase deadlifts (Right)

  • 6 x hang power cleans (Right)

  • 3 x hang snatch (Right)

  • 9 x single arm suitcase deadlifts (Left)

  • 6 x hang power cleans (Left)

  • 3 x hang snatch (Left)

* 20 x air squats

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
