  • Minute 2 : Max reps hand release push ups

  • Minute 3 : Max reps air squats

  • Minute 4 : Max reps lateral jump overs

  • Minute 2 : Max reps burpees

  • Minute 3 : Max reps single arm squat cleans (Right)
