3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) for 4 sets

  • 15 x kettlebell swings

  • 10 x reversed burpees

  • 5 x single arm power cleans

  • ** REST 1 minute

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
