3 rounds max efforts of every movements for 1 minute

  • Min 1 : Max reps wall walks

  • Min 2 : Max reps sumo deadlift high pulls

  • Min 3 : Max reps single unders

  • Min 4 ; Max reps thrusters

  • Min 5 : Rest

* Use PVC / barbell ( 20 kgs / 15 kgs) for this workout

* Accumulate reps separately for each round
