  • Minute 1 : 15 x single arm ground to overhead (Left)

  • Minute 2 : 15 x single arm ground to overhead (Right)

  • Minute 3 : 10 x single leg single arm front rack cossack squats (Left)

  • Minute 4 : 10 x single leg single arm front rack cossack squats (Right)

  • Minute 5 : max reps x bicycle kicks

  • Minute 6 : REST

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
