15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 12 x alternating single arm sumo deadlift high pulls

  • 9 x American kettlebell swings

  • 6 x single arm 30 feet farmer's carry

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
