20 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 10 x single arm farmer's carry 30 feet

  • 20 x double unders / 50 x single unders

  • 5 x single arm hang clean & push jerks

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
