  • Minute 2 : max reps weighted flutter kicks

  • Minute 3 : max reps sit up overhead press

  • Minute 4 : L sit overhead hold

  • Minute 5 : REST

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
