  • 30 x alternating single arm kettlebell swings

  • 30 x goblet squats

  • 30 x diamond sit ups


  • 75 x single unders

  • 20 x alternating single arm kettlebell swings

  • 20 x goblet squats

  • 20 x diamond sit ups


  • 50 x single unders

  • 10 x alternating single arm kettlebell swings

  • 10 x goblet squats

  • 10 x diamond sit ups

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
