  • 10 x alternating single arm DB complex ( 1 x power snatch + 1 x shoulder to overhead)

  • 20 x standing alternating single leg toe touches

  • 30 x single arm bent over rows

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
