  • 15 x sumo deadlift high pulls

  • 12 x single arm power cleans

  • 9 x goblet squats


(part 2)

3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) , Rest 1 minute

  • 12 x sumo deadlift high pulls

  • 9 x single arm power cleans

  • 6 x goblet squats


(part 3)

3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) , Rest 1 minute

  • 9 x sumo deadlift high pulls

  • 6 x single arm power cleans

  • 3 x goblet squats

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
