  • 5 x single arm single leg tall kneeling to half kneeling power cleans (Left)

  • 7 x single arm single arm shoulder to overhead (Left)

  • 9 x single arm front rack single leg reversed lunges (Left)

  • 5 x single arm single leg tall kneeling to half kneeling power cleans (Right)

  • 7 x single arm single arm shoulder to overhead (Right)

  • 9 x single arm front rack single leg reversed lunges (Right)

  • 12 x body weight Cossack squats

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
