5 rounds every minute on the minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : max reps two hand power cleans (cap at 20 reps)

  • Minute 2 : max reps goblet march

  • Minute 3 : max reps goblet squats

  • Minute 4 : REST

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
