  • 50 x single arm weighted crossover reverse squats (Left leg)

  • 50 x diamond sit ups

  • 50 x single arm shoulder to overhead (Right Hand )

  • 50 x single arm weighted crossover reverse squats (Right leg)

  • 50 x diamond sit ups

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
