  • 7 x single arm power cleans

  • 5 x single arm front rack squats

  • 3 x single arm standing strict shoulder press


  • ** 6 x 30 feet shuttle runs

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
