Workout Of The Day (27/4/2026)

15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 5 x burpees + 2 lateral hop overs

  • 10 x single arm ground to overhead

  • 15 x mountain climbers (Left + Right = 1 reps)

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
