  • minute 1 : max reps single arm plank row

  • minute 2 : max reps plank pull through

  • minute 3 : hollow body hold

  • minute 4 : REST

** Accumulate reps separately for each round

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
