(Part 1)

3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) , REST 1 minute

  • 3 x deadlifts

  • 6 x plank shoulder taps

  • 9 x single leg standing alternating toe touches


(Part 2)

3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) , REST 1 minute

  • 3 x clean high pulls

  • 6 x push ups

  • 9 x alternating reverse lunges


(Part 3)

3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) , REST 1 minute

  • 3 x power cleans

  • 6 x burpees

  • 9 x air squats

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
