3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) , REST 1 minute
3 x deadlifts
6 x plank shoulder taps
9 x single leg standing alternating toe touches
(Part 2)
3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) , REST 1 minute
3 x clean high pulls
6 x push ups
9 x alternating reverse lunges
(Part 3)
3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) , REST 1 minute
3 x power cleans
6 x burpees
9 x air squats
* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
