Daily workout (1/9/2021)

4rounds every minute on the minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : Max reps of double unders / single unders

  • Minute 2 : 15 x burpees

  • Minute 3 : 20 x single arm bent over row

  • Minute 4 : 30 x alternate toe touches

  • Minute 5 : Rest

* Accumulate reps separately for each round

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , backpack as equipment options
