Daily workout (10/12/2021)

20 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 10 x dumbbell / kettlebell hang power cleans

  • 20 x alternate arm leg raise

  • 30 x double unders / 75 x single unders / 50 x jumping jacks

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
