3 rounds for time

  • 50 x weighted Russian twist

  • 30 x body weight reverse lunges

  • 10 x burpee double dumbbells / kettlebells squat cleans and jerk

* use barbell , dumbbells , kettlebells , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
