  • 40 x single arm hang power cleans

  • 30 x single arm front rack lunges

  • 20 x single arm shoulder to overhead

  • 10 x singlea rm thrusters

  • 20 x single arm shoulder to overhead

  • '30 x single arm front rack reverse lunges

  • 40 x single arm hang power cleans

  • 50 x lateral hop overs

* 15 minutes time cap

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
