4 rounds Tabata

* 20 seconds ON

* 10 seconds OFF

* 1 minute REST every round

* Accumulate total reps as final score

  1. Push ups

  2. Scissors kicks ( L + R = 1 rep)

  3. Hand release push ups

  4. Flutter kicks ( Up + Down = 1 rep)

  5. Staggered hand push ups

  6. Bicycle kicks ( L + R = 1 rep)

  7. Diamond push ups

  8. Hollow body hold

* Aim for quality repetition each round
