  • Single arm overhead single leg reversed lunges (Left)

  • Sit ups

Immediately followed by


1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10

  • Single arm overhead single leg reversed lunges (Right)

  • Hand release push ups

* Use dumbbell , kettlebell , back pack , water bottle as equipment options.
