Daily workout (13/5/2022)

20 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 5 x burpee complex ( 2 push ups + 1 single leg lunge + 1 squat + 1 single leg lunge + 1 squat)

  • 35 x double unders / 90 x single unders / 50 x jumping jacks

  • 10 x burpees
