Daily workout (13/5/2024)

(5 rounds)

3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 5 x reversed burpees

  • 3 x hang squat cleans

  • 1 x shoulder to overhead

** Rest 1 minute

** Accumulate reps separately for each round

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
